根本研究之目標為完成新式手術定位導引系統開發,系統開發最初由醫師與專業人士設計,並以快速成形技術研究試製評估其功能性,評估金屬粉末射出成形技術製作導引裝置之可行性。導引裝置半開口設計:開放式開口設計,醫師可清楚看到導引片內鑽頭之位置,同時鑽頭上的深度刻度也清晰可見,不會有鑽孔深度的不確定及位置角度偏離的情況發生,降低手術不確定性、提昇安全性。金屬粉末射出成形技術:本研究為導引手術之裝置,運用於口腔手術使用,研究的體積、尺寸都為小元件,且元件設計中有包含圓弧型設計、錐度設計、鳩尾槽設計等,需要可一體成型、大量生產及製造,故採用MIM 技術作為生產方式,來降低生產時之成本及不便性。
The most important factor that leads to implant failure is malposition of the implant .Thus, how to place the implant into the correct position is very important. The clinical application of implant surgical guide system ,a semi-tubular surgical guide system to fabricate surgical stent for implant surgery shows high accuracy and excellent result. The implant position must consider the restoration of the dentition, and the dentist should aware of the anatomical structure related to the surgery, also have to learn how to do the soft tissue and hard tissue graft.
