研究背景與目的:隨著經濟、生活狀況及所得提高且全球人口逐漸老化趨勢,人們開始對醫療器材投入更多關注,希望藉醫療器材監測控管及預防疾病,此趨勢致使健康照護產業成長。本研究試圖了解影響醫療器材製造廠的員工選購醫材的因素。 方法:本研究架構運用部分EKB模式概念,以醫療器材廠的員工為主要研究對象,在台灣廠區採用普查方式,大陸廠區採用便利抽樣方式發送問卷,取得有效問卷98 份,回收率為92%,並使用SPSS for Windows 17.0統計軟體進行分析。依據研究目的和假設,探討不同人口學特質的醫療器材製造廠員工在選購生理檢測用醫療器材產品之決策評估因子差異,分析方法則採用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析和複迴歸進行分析。 結果:發現消費者之人口學特質在教育背景、年資與工作地點對選購產品的決策評估因素有顯著差異。
Background and Objectives: Along with economic, life condition, citizen income and people’s age get older in all over the world. People began to pay more attention to the medical device hope to use medical device to monitor and prevent disease, therefore, the trend lead to healthcare industry begin to raise. As a consumer, we hope to get more information from medical device manufacturer, furthermore, hope to realize how to choose medical device used to measure physiological data. Hope the research can provide the consumers some useful information for choosing medical device and provide the manufacturer a reference to make marketing strategies. Methods: The conceptual framework of this research is follow to a part of EKB Model on consumer decision to examine the purchase decision of the consumers from the employees worked in a medical device manufacturer. There are two kinds of samplings to be used in this research. One is census used in manufacturer’s site located in Taiwan, the other is convenience sampling used in manufacturer’s site located in China and followed by implementing questionnaire survey. There were a total of 98 valid questionnaires, and a response rate of 92%. Data analyzing used the SPSS 17.0 statistics software. In accordance with the research objectives and hypotheses, use the t test, ANOVA and Muilitipl regression to check the different that statistic variable of population and decision making evaluation factors on purchasing medical devices used to measure physiological data. Results: Decision Making Evaluation Factors on Purchasing Medical Devices Used to Measure Physiological Data can be affected by consumer’s education, age and working site.
