摘要


以二氧化碳超臨界萃取法與有機溶劑萃取法對紫草作一抽提實驗,以比較其抽提效果,組 成成分及其對熱安定性之異同.結果以高密度性(Density),低黏度性(Viscosity)的溶劑具 有最佳的抽提效果.超臨界萃取法的粗抽提物具純度較高的總紫草素含量.凡於有機溶劑中 所能被抽提出來之Naphthoquinone analogues 成分,於二氧化碳超臨界抽提中亦能全數被 抽提出來.在35''C,2500psi之二氧化碳超臨界抽提條件中,更能抽出異於有機溶劑抽提法之 未知名X 成分(分子量390).二氧化碳與有機溶劑之紫草粗抽提物的安定性依序為:非極性 有機溶劑>二氧化碳超臨界流體>極性有機溶劑.

The compositions and heat stability of six organic solvent and supercriticalf luid carbon dioxide ( CO2) extracts of M. euchroma were analyzed throughUV/VIS spectrometry and RP-HPLC. CO2 extraction results in more naphthoquinoneanalog ues amount and species than organic solvent extraction. Among the six organic solvents used, high density with low viscosity yields greater amountof total n aphthoquinones. The accelerated heat stability order on these extractsis non-p olar organic solvents > CO2 > polar organic solvents.
