摘要

研 究 摘 要 人文醫學的研究類型包括：醫學史研究、經典譯註研究、文哲論述研究及醫療行為與政策研究。本研究選定紮根理論的原典「發覺死的接近」(Awareness of Dying) 進行經典翻譯與討論。 紮根理論自徐宗國引入台灣後，應用紮根理論進行研究者相當多，例如1998年就高達64篇碩士論文引用紮根理論進行研究，但是紮根理論的專書翻譯至今卻只出版一本，導致國內對紮根理論的理解並不充分，因此紮根理論的經典翻譯研究實屬必要。 「發覺死的接近」是紮根理論的第一本經典，共分15章，全書提出「將死」的五個「發覺脈絡」：封閉式的發覺、懷疑的發覺、相互偽裝戲劇模式的發覺、公開的發覺、不受重視的發覺，實為紮根理論的一項典範研究。本研究亦進行生命學與安寧療護的相關討論研究。 全文共分肆章共約二十萬字 關鍵字：紮根理論，生命學，將死，安寧療護 Grounded Theory , life theory , dying , hospice

Abstract The research types of humane and medicine include medical history research、critical classics translation research、literature and philosophy demostration research 、medical behavior and policy research. Awareness of Dying has been selected that has been translated and discussed in this research. Grounded Theory had been recommended by SHU Tzung Guo. It has been adopted for research by many researcher. There are sixty-four graduate students that had applied with it to be engaged in study. Until now, critical classics of Grounded Theory Only one translation book had been published. To lead the understand for Grounded Theory is not enough. Hence the translation of critical classics of Grounded Theory is very much important. Awareness of Dying is the first book of Grounded Theory. It has fifteen chapters that offer five“awareness contexts”concerning with “dying patient”that include closed awareness、suspicion awareness、mutual pretense awareness、open awareness and discounting awareness. It is a paradigm resesrch of Grounded Theory. Life theory and hospice are discussed in this research, too. Keyword : Grounded Theory, life theory, dying, hospice
