新竹地區學校護理人員實務工作與幸福感之相關性研究

A Study of on the Relationship between Clinical Practice and Well-being among School Nurses in Hsinchu Area

摘要


本研究旨在探討新竹地區學校護理人員實務工作和幸福感之相關性。採橫斷式研究設計,以結構式問卷進行調查,研究對象為新竹地區公、私立國小、國中的學校護理人員。共發出180份問卷、回收有效問卷167份,有效回收率為92.78%。 研究結果顯示:(1)研究對象教育程度以大學(含二技)居多、已婚多於未婚、年齡為31~50歲之中壯年族群、醫院臨床護理年資以九年以上居多、超過五成的研究對象工作年資達七年以上、學校規模以41班以上較多、現有護理人員數以1人居多。(2)研究對象學校護理實務工作完成度為中上程度,工作認同度為中上程度;在九大層面中的完成度和認同度,均以「健康評估」得分最高、「疾病個案管理」得分最低。(3)研究對象幸福感為中等程度,四個構面中,以「人際關係」得分最高、「身心健康」得分最低。(4)研究對象實務工作完成度受到學校類別、學校護理人數、臨床護理年資、宗教信仰的等變項的影響;工作認同度受到學校類別、學校護理年資、學校護理人數、臨床護理年資、及職稱的影響。(5)研究對象幸福感會因為職稱的不同而達到統計上的顯著差異(p < .05)。(6)研究對象學校護理實務工作與幸福感呈現正相關。 根據研究結果提出對學校行政和學校護理人員的相關建議,以提升學校護理人員在職場中能有正向的心理感受。

The purpose of this research was to explore clinical practice and well-being among school nurses in Hsinchu Area. A cross-sectional with structured questionnaire design was to collect data, the research participants were school nurses of both public and private elementary and junior high school in Hsinchu area.180 questionnaire was distributed and 167 valid questionnaires was retrieved, the valid response rate was 92.78%. The results of the study were as follows : (1) The education level of most research participants were undergraduate including 2 year technical school, married participants are higher than singles. Age group was between 31 - 50 years old, most of them had more than 9 years hospital experience, over 50% participants had been working in school setting for more than 7 years. Majority of the schools had 41 classes and above, and most of the school nurse was working independently. (2)The completion level of school nursing practice was medium to high among school nurses. The level of job recognizance was above medium to high; the highest score was “health assessment” and the lowest score was “ management of client disease” in both level of completion and job recognizance of 9 fields. (3) Majority of participants had medium level of well-being“interpersonal relationship”had highest score and “ body and mind fit” had the lowest score of being happiness in 4 aspects.(4)The completion of participants practice was affectey by school category, the number of school nurse, clinical hospital working experience, religion. Job recognizance was affected by school category, school nursing experience, the number of school nurse, clinical hospital woking experience and the title of occupation.(5) There was a significant statistical discrepancy of well-being in difference occupational title among research participants (p < .05) . (6) There was a positive correlation of well- being and school nursing practice. Based on the results it was suggested to administrators and school nurses made to improving positive psychological perception of school nurses in their scenario.
