電痙攣治療患者醫療利用率之比較

A study of medical utilization on Electroconvulsive therapy patients

摘要

本研究對象為1996年至2011年間國民健保資料庫的分析，以住院醫療費用醫令清單明細檔中電療為實驗對象，串聯其他住院及門診檔，住院期間電療共1699名患者，對照組為以年齡、性別做配對，電療組及對照組分前測為第一次電療前一年，後測為電療後追蹤第一年及第二年，研究變項包含人口基本屬性、醫院屬性、疾病屬性、精神科住院醫療費用、精神科精神醫囑治療費、精神科住院日數、門診次數，利用SAS統計軟體分析，使用廣義估計方程式（Generalized Estimating Equation, GEE），研究結果發現電療組和對照組相較有統計上顯著意義。

Abstract
Objection:
Aim to analysis from National Health Insurance (NHI) of Taiwan from 1996-2011.
Method
The 1575 clients of Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) admitted in psychiatric acute or psychosomatic ward .comparison with statistic model with age gender Charlson Comobidity Index (CCI) match .Variable details of demographic data, and frequency for ECT were recorded.Comparing with last year ,next 1 year and next 2 year follow up. Analysis with SAS of Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE）.
