鼾聲監測裝置之設計與測試

摘要


睡眠品質是一個人身、心健康的重要指標。在各項睡眠疾病中,鼾聲以及睡眠呼吸中止症最為普遍。睡眠呼吸中止症會導致腦部缺氧、呼吸中斷,傷害患者的腦部及心肺功能…等。現行對鼾聲的檢查方式為夜間多項生理監測儀,但影響患者睡眠,而且只能在特定實驗室進行,不適合做長期與普遍的監測。本研究即在發展一種適合居家環境使用之鼾聲監測儀器,能監測睡眠鼾聲與睡眠呼吸中止症鼾聲模式特徵。技術上結合濾波技術、訊號處理技術、以及生理訊號感測技術,以「非察覺性(non-conscious)」為設計重點,並且結合鬧鐘,成為適合居家使用的產品。

Sleeping quality is an important indication for a person’s healthy. Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) are the most popular disease in sleeping. OSAS will case cerebral hypoxia and apnea which will hurt patient’s brain, heart and lung. In nowadays we use Overnight polysomnography to monitor snoring, but it let patient unease and difficult to fall into sleep. And the equipment for overnight polysomnography is very expensive which not suitable for long term popular monitoring. The research is going to develop a snoring detector which can be used as normal and be able to detect snoring and the snoring property of OSAS. The key point of designing this product is "non-conscious", it integrates filter technology, signal processing technology and vital sign technology, and alarm clock. To become a suitable product for households.
