電信網路接續費之計算模式

摘要

本研究主要因應台灣電信網路自由化之後接續費率計算問題。主要可分為三點：一、介紹以及比較各種訂價方法。二、介紹台灣目前電信網路接續費現況。三、求出以社會剩餘最大化觀點所得之最適接續費，以作為接續費之參考。

Because of the liberalization of telecommunication in Taiwan, this research provides a solution of the access charge problem in telecommunication. In this research, there are three parts: 1. Introduce and compare with several pricing models. 2. Introduce the access charge in telecommunication here in Taiwan nowadays. 3. Find the optimal access charge with the Maximizing of social surplus viewpoint.
