企業在面對瞬息萬變與競爭激烈的環境中,新產品開發不但成為企業生存的重要命脈,更是維持競爭優勢的原動力。能迅速地掌握技術發展方向及產品推出時機,往往是現代企業競爭致勝的關鍵。在科技快速發展情況下,產品生命週期逐漸縮短,使得企業必須加速新產品的發展,然而新產品的失敗比率亦相當的高,有鑑於此,如何縮短新產品開發時程、減少新產品開發失敗、快速反應客戶需求,已成為企業保持競爭優勢的必備條件。 本研究遂以新產品開發為重點,探究新產品開發所產生的影響效果,試圖找出影響產品開發的重要關鍵因素。選定國內專業生產電腦機殼廠商的產品開發專案,運用期間模型作為迴歸工具,研究重點在於產品開發之起始到產品開發完成期間,影響產品開發的重要因素。經由統計運算找出適合期間模型的機率分配函數,並由適合之機率分配函數所得到的各顯著因子,來探討個案公司產品開發的顯著影響因素。 經過分析驗證後本研究所得結論如下 一、產品開發種類的複雜度,影響產品開發專案的時效 二、產品開發人員的專業經驗,影響產品開發專案的時效。 三、開發各銷售區域適用的產品,必須衡量各個別市場的差異程度。
The enterprises in the face of rapidly changing with intense & competitive environment, development of new product not only becomes the key to survival, but also the power to maintain the competitive advantage. Rapidly controlling the development direction of technique & capturing the opportunity for new products is uaually the key that modern enterprises can succeed under competition. Under the rapid development of technique, life cycle of products gradually reduces. Hence enterprises should accelerate the development of new products, however the failure rate of new products is still very high. Considering this, how to reduce the time inteval of development for new products and reduce the failure of development for new producs, rapid reaction for customers' demand have become the necessary conditon for enterprise to maintain the competitive advantage. This research focuses on development of new products, and research the effect caused by development of products, try to find the key factors which affects the development of products. We select a project of new product development from a domestic PC cases professional manufacturer, which utilizes the duration model as a cycle tools. The key points of this research is mainly on the important factors among the period of product development from the beginning to the end. And by way of the statistical operation, to discover the probability distribution function which suits the duration model among this period. And from every obvious factors obtained from all suitable probability distribution function, to discuss the obvious affected factors from products development of company in case. After analysis & validation in this research, we obtain conclusion below: 1. The complex degree of product development type, may affect the efficiency of product development project. 2. The professional experience of persons who takes the product development, may affect the efficiency of product development. 3. To develop suitable products in each sales area, should evaluate the difference between different market.
