為了要達成企業對企業採購非生產性物料產品(MRO)的自動化,本研究之目的期望在網路網路開放環境下,運用可延伸標籤語言,來建構出理想的MRO採購雛形架構。為了達成這目的,本研究採用系統展示的研究方法,經由文獻探討MRO採購相關特性與面臨之問題,收集分析國內外企業對企業電子商務架構,分析決定出本雛形系統架構與服務內容。在本研究中,使用Biztalk作為採購流程的執行與監督,並運用網際網路資料交換標準XML,讓企業內、企業外的應用系統都可以瞭解共通的訊息。更可有效整合買賣雙方的商業流程與內部資訊應用系統。 本研究所開發的雛形系統具有下列特性: 1.縮短採購作業流程,減少交易成本; 2.充分利用XML讓買賣雙方可以更快速進行資料交換; 3.以MRO採購流程為導向,利用Biztalk及XML開發雛形系統,後端資訊系 統結合度高; 4.開放式的採購資訊標準化;
In order to reach business to business automatic of MRO procurement, the purpose of this study hope can use extensible markup language, to construct an ideal prototype framework of MRO procurement. In the thesis adopt method of prototype, through some studies research characters and problems of MRO procurement, collect internal and abroad B2B EC frameworks, analyze and determine this framework of prototype and services of content. In thesis uses Biztalk for executing and monitoring of MRO process, makes use of XML, let inter-enterprise’s application systems can understand common messages. Also can integrate business processes and internal application information systems efficiency between buyer and seller. This study propose prototype framework with some features: 1.shortening procurement process, reducing transaction costs; 2.using XML let buyer and seller can interchange data more faster. 3.according to MRO procurement process, using XML and Biztalk to develop prototype system, also can high ntegrate backend information systems. 4.information of procurement should be more open and standard.
