隨著網際網路以高速度在全球蔓延,為提昇企業營運的效率與競爭模式,全球企業無不進行企業電子化,因此建立以Web-based為基礎之電子化工作流程管理系統,協助工作流程之知識傳遞與管理,讓使用者可隨時隨地取得與處理排程問題資訊。 有鑑於此,本研究期望藉由資訊科技技術,開發一分散式協同工作流程系統,透過Web-based所提供的Web Services功能,延伸知識管理的領域,利用Web的特性,做多廠間的排程知識管理,輔助工作流程自動化。在本研究中,以供應鏈角度,探討多廠工作流程問題,將生產問題分解為局部性個別問題,並提出其可行的解決方案,由個別工廠作業間互相協商產生新的排程方案,以避免作業間產生衝突,延遲交貨時間,造成公司的損失。解決問題方案主要分為工作流程規劃、電腦輔助協同作業(Computer Supported Collaboration Work, CSCW)與網路架構所建立三大主軸,開發一個以Web-based架構的雛型系統。 本研究的目的是在供應鏈管理中提出新的決策運算架構,解決分散系統中的協調問題。這個架構在限定產能(資源限制或時間產生衝突)時,可透過所有資訊之流通能提供更有效的協商機制和策略。
With the rapidly flourishing of internet around the world, the international corporations are proceeding electronic of business in order to promote efficiency and competition model of business. Therefore, electronic workflow management system will help knowledge of work flow communicate and manage and will let user get and cope with schedule problem information in any time and any place. According of this, this research develops a distributed coordination workflow system extending the area of knowledge management by web services and engaging in schedule management for multi-site. In this research, we probe into the workflow of multi-site by view of supply chain, decompose global production level problem into local level problems, we bring up the feasible solution, which schedule workflow within coordination of local sites operation for avoiding resource conflict of interoperation, delay of scheduling to generate loss of company. The development of prototype system consists of workflow planning, computer supported collaboration work and network architecture to solve the resource conflict problems. The objective of this research is to propose new framework of decision operation in supply chain management and solve coordination problem in distributed fashion. This framework can provide more efficiency mechanism and strategy by share of information in the restrict capacity.
