本研究主要目的是透過現有文獻、期刊、對電子商務長期的觀察以及個案訪談,探討電子商務帶給中小企業何種影響與優勢;從中小企業的技術應用面、行為面和營運面切入,分析出電子商務資訊特性、環境特性對中小企業技術應用面、行為面和營運面三構面上帶來何種衝擊與影響,並且提出一套在電子商務環境下,電子商務資訊特性、環境特性與技術應用面、行為面和營運面的整合性模式命題與建議。簡而言之,本研究所欲解決的問題為:如何建構與應用符合上述議題的整合性模式命題與建議,以增加中小企業的競爭優勢。 本研究根據文獻立論、資料收集、現況探討與個案訪談,收集、分析、推導,得到以下研究成果: 1. 提出以電子商務資訊多樣、即時和豐富等特性的觀點,彙總國內外文獻和個案探討,推導此三項特性各對中小企業在技術應用面、行為面和營運面產生何種衝擊之九項命題,提供中小企業導入電子商務的參考。 2. 提出以電子商務環境連結、相容和溝通等特性的觀點,彙總國內外文獻和個案探討,推導此三項特性各對中小企業在技術應用面、行為面和營運面產生何種衝擊之九項命題,提供中小企業導入電子商務的參考。 3. 以研究結果和研究過程所得的經驗為基礎,提出中小企業欲導入電子商務時需注意以產業別、業務導向、和形成自己特色為出發點,並需要業主大力支持和的四項建議。
The goal of this thesis is to probe the impacts of electronic commerce on SME. We propose Technology aspect, Behavior aspect and Operation aspect of SME to explore the impacts the characteristics of information and environment of electronic commerce on SME.We also try to find an integration model of propositions and suggestions to help SME reduce the obstacles and uncertainties when they adopt electronic commerce. According to our efforts, we have such conclusions below: 1. We proposed Technology aspect, Behavior aspect and Operation aspect to formulate nine propositions about the impacts the characteristics of Information of electronic commerce on SME. 2. We proposed Technology aspect, Behavior aspect and Operation aspect to formulate nine propositions about the impacts the characteristics of Environment of electronic commerce on SME. 3. Based on research results and research processes ,We address four important suggestions to help SME to adopt electronic commerce.
