The main point of the research lies in discussing the background and process and analyzing the presentation in innovation of the school organization. Besides, realizing the development and influence in the innovation of the school organization through the case study and experts, finally making the conclusion to generalize the access of the innovation practice of the school organization and putting forward the proposal by the findings, for serving the innovation practice of the school as reference.
In the research, the innovation practice of the school organization refers to: Based on the school vision and education objectives to pursue the innovative opportunity and activity. By analyzing the SWOT model in the school organization, we can appraise the feasibility of pursuing innovation and seek the method of the school management. In order to achieve the above research goal, Using qualitative research and selecting a junior high school to carry on a case study by the methods of in-depth interviews and documentary collection and so on.
The comprehensive literature discussion and the material analysis generalize the access of the innovation practice of the school organization to be as follows:
a. Hold the tendency of developing creativity education
b. Take advantage of the flexible special characteristic leadership and the management well
c. The multiplication management ideas in school education
d. The integration and sharing in developing education resources
e. The integration between restructuring organization and human resources plan
f. Develop the teachers team-learning to study the cooperation ability
g. The innovation and the remarkable school-based management
