隨著WTO的開放過去長期受到政府保護且以內銷為主的汽車產業將受市場開放、關稅降低及汽車自製率取消等衝擊,汽車產業如何降低成本、降低售價以增加市場競爭力是汽車產業目前最主要探討的議題,另一方面,由於消費者需求型態改變、企業產品相互競爭及科技進步,製造業市場的需求趨向於多種少量、生命週期短暫、訂單交期短促及採購與生產全球化等特性。面對多變的市場環境,汽車業體系要能快速的回應市場需求,透過體系中上下游交易夥伴的充分整合,方能達到快速反應市場需求,創造更佳的服務效率與更高的企業獲利,為此企業普遍導入供應鏈管理與全球運籌等管理手法來提升公司營運績效。 本研究之主旨是探討供應鏈管理對汽車產業的影響及供應鏈管理導入的重點與方法,再針對個案公司供應鏈整合在物流端整合流程作分析,由汽車製造中心廠統籌體系間的零件物流配送,減少區域倉庫所造成的庫存成本,並搭配上游協力廠端的的資訊系統整合(ERP、SCM),縮短生產資訊傳遞時間與零件庫存數量,達到時效最快、彈性最大、流程品質最佳、成本最低的作業流程。透過供應鏈中各成員之間資訊流、物流、金流、商流的管理,降低汽車中心廠商的零件庫存成本,並能於最快時間內將貨物送至客戶手中,將資源做最有效且最及時的分配與運用。
The automobile industry was protected by the government in the past, and will been attack by the open market, the lowering of customs duties, and the cancellation of self-production rate along with we joining in WTO . The main discussion subject of automobile industry is how to cut down the cost and to lower the final price to increase the market competition. Besides, with the change of customer demand pattern, the acute competition of companies, and the advancement of the science and technology. The characteristic of market demand tends to various types with few quantities, short life cycle, short lead-time, and the globalization in purchase and production area. With the changeable market, the automobile industry should have the ability of quick response through integrated the dependence partners. So that, we can create the better service efficiency to make a profit higher company. It is generally used supply chain and global logistics management to raise the business achievements. The key point of this research is discusses on the effect on automobile industry and the key point and method of supply chain management. And then analysis supply chain integrated in logistics system from the case company. The automobile manufacturing center make an overall plan of parts delivering to reduces the stock cost of regional warehouses. They also integrated the information system(ERP and SCM) to reduce the information transfer time and the parts stock quantity, to make the shortest time, the biggest elasticity, the best flow quality, and the lowest cost in the operation process. They manage the information, logistics, money and business of each supply chain member to reduce the parts stock cost , to deliver the cargo to the customer in a shortest time , to make the most effective and most prompt assignment of the resources.
