隨著科技不斷的進步,企業面對市場競爭時,必須追求持續不斷的成長。其產品品質和服務品質的優劣是重要條件。為追求永續經營,且讓客戶滿意的這兩種品質保證,必須在有品質的環境下才能產生。有品質的環境是指企業的人、事、物都能重視品質,並具有以追求顧客滿意為職志的意識與作法。在這種環境下所生產的產品才能獲得信賴與保證。 現今資訊科技的日新月異,企業的競爭範疇亦早已不只侷限在國內,已是全球性、無界域的競爭。因此各方企業皆實施品質管理,對員工實施品質教育訓練,以期盼在這多變的全球競爭市場下得以提升組織競爭力。本文旨在探討臺灣IC製造業如何提昇員工品質意識,在企業經營理念與教育訓練相互結合貫連下,持續不斷的改善,以追求最高的企業競爭優勢。 本研究先進行專家訪談,對象是臺灣IC製造業中推行品質管理系統有顯著成效的公司之TQM主管或管理者。利用訪談問卷調查進行資料蒐集,探討其導入動機、推行方式、成效、推行的成功與障礙因素等。運用訪談資料設計一般性問卷 (員工品質意識提昇之成效評估),並修改為本研究所需求之問卷後,進行問卷調查與統計分析,最後提出一個最適的員工品質意識提昇之推行架構。
An enterprise has to continuously develop along with the ever-growing technology to keep up its competiveness on the market. The quality of its products and services plays a key role. Good quality environment lies on the people, business and objects of an enterprise that feature quality and awareness of customers'' satisfaction. Production under such environment can then deserve credit and trustworthiness. With information technology innovating, the competition between enterprises is no longer a nationwide nature but a global one. This paper aims at exploring how the IC industries in Taiwan improve their employees'' awareness of quality and how they keep on pursuing the utmost leverage by consolidating their operating objectives and training practices. This study started with a series of interviews with some well-known TQM program administors in the Taiwan IC industry. Data were collected through the survey conducted during the interviews, exploring their individual TQM application in terms of motives, practices, accomplishments, and factors attributing to either success or failure. The survey was conducted, statistics analyzed, and conclusion drawn with a most recommendable framework of an employees'' quality awareness enhancement program.
