拉式派工法於軍方翻修工廠之應用

摘要


一般而言,生產系統分為推式生產系統與拉式生產系統兩種,此兩種生產系統各有其優、缺點,只要運用得宜均可發揮其最大效益。目前軍方翻修工廠為零工式工廠型態,使用推式生產系統應可得到不錯的成效,只是生管部門尚無法充分管制整體的生產資源,造成生產活動上有許多的浪費。 本研究運用看板的概念,直接在現有推式生產系統中實驗區域性的「拉式派工法」,希望能逐漸改善生產無法平準化的問題,並藉此降低生產資源的浪費。 經過實驗的驗證,拉式派工法對非瓶頸工作站的改善效果有限,但對瓶頸工作站而言,其生產平準化程度及產能利用率,均獲得良好的改善。

There are two production systems currently used in the industry. One is the push system and the other is the pull system. Both of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. The most important thing is to utilize them in the right way. The military overhaul center is just a job shop, so the push system can work very well. However, the tremendous wastage of the resources is found during production since the department of production management can’t control the whole resources quite well. The concept of the Kanban is used in this research to utilize the local pull dispatching in the current push system. The experimental goals are to improve the nonaverage gradually and avoid wasting the resources. The experimental results show that the excellent improvement of the production average and the efficiency for the bottleneck station can be achieved. However, the limited improvement can only be obtained for the non-bottleneck station.
