順應資訊科技的蓬勃發展,許多媒體都以數位化的形式呈現,博物館也開始積極應用新科技,以改變博物館的內部功能及對外的溝通方式,並建立與觀眾間新的互動模式。從空間性、行動化、延伸性與資訊呈現來看,個人化行動數位導覽具有輕巧、攜帶方便的特性,可建立具互動模式的導覽系統,讓觀眾可掌控觀賞的順序與進度,並提供垂直與平行的交叉導覽。 本文透過博物館導覽、個人化行動數位導覽與互動設計相關文獻,以互動設計為發展概念,實際應用於導覽設計之展場、展品與使用者之間的互動介面設計。創作研究則以故宮博物院「乾隆皇帝的文化大業」特展作為實際創作案例,由產、官合作所發展出的「最初概念原型」,透過相關理論基礎對其內容及互動設計進行分析比較,並彙整出相關設計考量,重新設計並發展「新的概念原型」,將理論基礎實際應用於創作案例中,可作為未來相關研究及應用之參考依據。
With the prosperous development of information technology, contents of media are massively presented as digital form. At the same time, museums begin to apply new technology to enhance operation and communication efficiency. One of the information technology, Personal Digital Mobile, featuring light weight and mobility, can help museum to set up an interaction navigation system, which offering capacbility of user-controlled guidance and both broad and depth information. In this study, literature related to museum navigation, Personal Digital Mobile guide, and multimedia interaction design were reviewed to develop a design concept for PDA guide. The design concept was put into practice on Personal Digital Mobile Guide of the Emperor Ch’ien-lung’s Grand Cultural EnterpriseEexhibition in National Palace Museum, 2002. Initially, the prototype guide was built mainly from the perspectives of the official (national museum) and the industry. Then, the guide was thoroughly checked and modified based on the relevant theories, especially in the view of interaction. Finally, a new module of design concept was implemented. The process of applying theory into creative project may help future researches in the related areas.
