摘要


奈米科技之應用對傳統產業競爭力之研究-以紡織業為例 研究生:單亦東 指導教授:束霖新博士 元智大學管理研究所 摘 要 我國紡織產業在經濟發展中扮演了相當重要的角色,經過四十多年,已建立了上、中、下游完整產業結構,綿密的合作網絡及絕佳應變競爭優勢,出口值一度居所有行業之冠,堪稱維持穩定及帶動我國經濟發展的火車頭工業。但近年來,產業呈現高科技資訊電子業一枝獨秀的發展,不論在資金的募集、人才的吸收、技術及租稅獎勵措施,甚至政府的投資比例,均優於傳統產業,致使傳統產業面臨排擠效果而不易發展。 紡織產業面臨了競爭環境的改變與挑戰:工資、土地、環保成本不斷上升、勞工意識抬頭、加入WTO及科技的快速進步等情況下,經營日益困難,必須不斷的研發新產品,以滿足多變的市場及顧客需求。 紡織產業現階段面臨必須轉型升級,才能在全球化競爭趨勢下,搶佔市場一席之地,而奈米科技正是達到提升競爭力的重要基礎,雖然全球奈米科技發展仍屬萌芽期,但世界先進國家均看好其未來的市場需求,積極投入大量經費發展,我國政府亦在未來六年內投入新台幣231億元之經費,讓高科技紡織品續保產業競爭優勢。 本論文將經由文獻探討,及與產、官、學、研各界深入訪談後的結果,利用波特教授的鑽石理論進行實證分析研究,來探討傳統產業-紡織業,應用奈米科技後,對其產業競爭力之影響,並藉此希望能推展至其它傳統產業競爭力分析,達到穩定經濟發展的力量。 關鍵字:傳統產業、紡織產業、奈米科技、奈米紡織品、競爭力

A Study of Nanotechnology Applications on the Competition of Traditional Industries - for instance Textile Industry Student:Yih-Dong Shan dvisor:Dr. Ling-Sing Soh Graduate School of Management Yuan-Ze University ABSTRACT Textile industry plays a very important role in the economic development in Taiwan. In the past forty more years, textile industry had established a complete upstream, midstream and downstream industry structure, an excellent cooperative network and competitive advantage. It is the locomotive industry in Taiwan’s economic development and is the top export good of Taiwan for many years. Unfortunately IT industry outshines other industries in the last decade. IT industry dominates the capital market, people recruiting, tax on levy and government bills. Obviously, tradition industries such as textile were squeezed by IT industry in every aspect of investment. Just check out the government investment in IT industry, you will know what happens right away. Textile industry in Taiwan face many challenges ahead. The cost of wage, land and environmental requirement will increase every year. Unionization, rapid change of technology and impact from WTO mechanisms are put pressure on enterprises. One way out of this situation is to development new products as soon as possible to meet the rapid change markets and customers needs. Taiwan’s textile industry is in the transition state. It has to promote itself to the higher level to meet the challenge in the future. Nanotechnology is one kind of technology that can increase the competitive ability of textile industry. Even though it is still in the early stage of development, all countries invest a lot of money in nanotechnology. Taiwan is no exception. In the next six years, NT $ 23.1 billion will be invested in nanotechnology R & D. Hope high tech textile products can benefit from this research program. In this study, I will combine results of literature survey and interviews from academic, industry and government into Porter’s diamond theories to analyze the nanotechnolgy influences on textile industry.
