在半導體的產業價值鏈中,通路商具有不可取代的特殊價值;因為其提供的有效加值服務,產生和上下游廠商間的不可替代連結性。「上游要塞貨、下游不備貨、代理商一堆貨」,是傳統上台灣電子零件通路商在半導體供應鏈中的定位;但發展至今,通路商新的價值與挑戰則是成為一個在半導體產業中具有互補性且專業分工的角色!在產業結構進入微利時代時,企業要如何發揮其核心競爭力,兼顧利潤的追求與成長,是零件通路商的重要課題。本研究以台灣半導體通路商-世平興業股份有限公司為研究對象,採「個案研究法」的方式,透過文獻探討與個案研究,分析影響該公司的企業資源與能力為何,而這些內部因素又如何在相互作用下,產生核心競爭力及其成效。在經過本研究後發現:(1)企業資源與企業能力是構成核心競爭力的基本要素之一;(2)企業資源與企業能力在相互作用下,可形成個案公司的核心競爭力:包括快速回應的能力、良好的夥伴關係管理、多樣化的產品及提供加值型服務;(3)由本研究歸納整理世平興業公司企業資源及能力與核心競爭力的關連架構,可提供企業在進行檢視其核心競爭力相關活動之參考。
In semiconductor industrial value chain, the distributors have its significant role, since they provide value-added services to link up upstream suppliers and downstream manufacturers. “Distributors always have the heaviest pressure on stock in supply chain” is the traditional situation of Taiwan electronic components distributors; but till now, they have built up their new value that is to be the complementary and professional character in semiconductor industry. How does a company develop its core competence with reasonable profit and growth in “micro-profit age” will be a major issue for semiconductor components distributors. The essay has targeted on World Peace Industrial Co., Ltd., to analyze its enterprise resources and capability, and how these factors work out its core competence and achievements by data researching and case studying, we do find the main factors as follows: 1. Enterprises resources and capacity are the main factors of its core competence. 2. The core competence of an enterprise in the case has come from well management of enterprises resources and capability, which include quick response ability, well-partnership management, various products and value-added service providing. 3. After study, generalizing the enterprises resources, capability and core competence of World Peace Industrial Co., Ltd., that could provide a good example for other companies to review their related-materials of core competence.
