本論文研究以LCD 面板產業的興起,帶動 LCD監視器產業,而且面板廠爭相投入第五代廠生產線,甚至於第六、第七代,勢必造成供應量增加,所以面板廠積極投入 LCD TV 以求產能能擴大供應範圍,以求另一個利基。當價量平衡時即將造成 LCD TV 產業的興起,逐年取代傳統 CRT TV 的市場,故將成為主流產品。本研究是屬於實證研究,首先廣泛地蒐集各式的文獻、報告、期刊、雜誌、報紙、新聞等作為資料的來源並將之整理、歸納。然後以新產品生命週期理論、關鍵成功因素理論然後以大前研一所提確認關鍵成功因素的方法及“波特的競爭策略理論 (Michael E. Porter)”的觀念分析,加以分類整理產業背景資料,並初步了解台灣的 LCD 的產業特性,及目前的投資狀況,另外以消費者層面來看價格與供需的關係。從而將資料分析,找出其關鍵成功的因素。最後,再對台灣的 LCD TV產業的現況、發展提出結論與建議。
A procedure is the industry of LCD developing is bring industry of LCD monitor, and vendors of LCD panel is compatible to invest the fifth generation production line, even the sixth generation, the seventh generation, it will be rise supply level. Therefore, panel vendors is active to invest panel of LCD TV to expand supply scope, they wish to get another business opportunity. When the price — quantity is balance, it will make industry of LCD TV rising and developing then replace CRT TV year by year. It will become to mainstream product. The research is belong demonstrate analysis. First, extensively search and collect a variety of document, report, periodical, magazine and news to be arranged and generalize. Then, according to the industry of life cycle, Key Success Factor and Porter Competitive Strategy to study and classify background of industry then understand characteristic of LCD industry and investment status. Base on consumer side to view relation of price and demand. Thus analyze document to find the key success factor. Final, provide conclusion and proposing for industry of LCD TV of Taiwan.
