檢測PCBA之FMEA系統建立

摘要

本文主要探討印刷電路組裝板在工廠端測試開發的流程改善及FMEA系統建立。此系統將以Design FMEA及Process FMEA為架構，強調容易操作之人機介面及快速地資料建立和查詢，改變長久以來大家對FMEA在建立資料及資料維謢不易之壞印象。使用FMEA的方法，完全剖析測試設備若要達到高的測試涵蓋率所應該要注意及具備的項目。改善過去毫無頭緒，胡亂摸索的方式。
測試設備在主機板組裝業是不可或缺的，如何用最有效率，涵蓋率最高的測試方法來達到對產品作品質上的檢測，是所有測試工程師努力的目標。所以，在同步工程的前提下，重新思考整個過去測試開發及設備異常處理的流程是有需要的。再加上利用所開發出之檢測PCBA之FMEA系統，將使得整個流程變得更為有效率。

The main study Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) in this text carries the process improvement and FMEA systems establishment of testing the development in the factory。This system will regard Design FMEA and Process FMEA as to configure，emphasizing the man-machine interface of the easy operation and quickly the data establishes and searches，changing everybody for long time to FMEA at establish the data and data maintenance not easy of bad impression。Use the FMEA method，analyze the test equipment how to reach the high test coverage rate completely should notice the item that have, improve to have no the processing method of the logical arrangement in the past。
The test equipment is necessary absolutely for PCBA manufacturing process。How to use the most efficient，cover the test with the highest rate method to reach to the product work the examination on the quality，is the target of all test engineer''s effort。Under the premise of the concurrent engineering，considers the process that whole test development and abnormal equipments handling is what have the demand。To use FMEA system for PCBA testing will make whole process become more efficient。
