摘要


為了能有效的解決傳統維修保養排程問題以及預測出一個較佳的維修時間,本文乃開發一個軍用設備之預防維修保養的資訊系統。首先,將軍方設備已有的維修保養資料,設計成資訊系統用資料表單,再運用關連式資料庫系統與蒙地卡羅模擬方法,配合網際網路資料伺服器之動態伺服器網頁(active server pages.NET, ASP.NET)技術來編寫整個網路系統架構。WWW式的軍備維修排程系統將系統發展至網路環境,提供了一個資料共享、資料整合與資料可及時更新的實用環境,進而形成一個能產生動態保養排程的維修保養系統。

In order to effectively solve a traditional maintenance scheduling and to predict a better maintenance time, this thesis presents a development of an information system for the prediction of the military equipment maintenance. Firstly, the transformation of the existing artificial maintenance sheets is performed to the computerized ones for input the maintenance data; secondly, the relational database system and Mote Carlo simulation technique have been used to develop the maintenance scheduling system with the ASP.NET tools on the WWW data server. The WWW-based military maintenance provides an environment of data sharing, integrity and on-line updating so as to generate a dynamic maintenance scheduling system.
