無線上網服務使用者其認知型式與個人涉入度之研究-以無線網際網路服務使用者為例 研究生:杜文富 指導教授:王小惠 博士 元 智 大 學 資 訊 研 究 所 摘要 數位科技的進步,網際網路的興起,電信的自由開放競爭,使技術不斷創新,活絡了整個經濟市場,企業不斷利用創新科技提供新興服務,促使消費者在整個市場認知體系當中更顯多樣化,故更深層的了解消費者成為現今新科技行銷一項發展的重點。 本研究即利用適應/創新認知型式與涉入度,了解創新消費者的特質,選擇無線手機上網為新型服務標的,來探究其使用者的行為。研究結果顯示,這群無線手機上網的創新使用者,在高低不同程度的創新性或涉入度對無線手機上網行為並沒有產生顯著差異,而經交叉分析所產生不同創新與涉入程度的集群對應使用行為,即有顯著差異,愈傾向中低創新性及中低涉入度使用者,愈會確認其繼續使用無線手機上網服務。 故建議相關行銷人員在擴展使用者上,不僅要重視傾向高創新與高涉入度的族群,以顧客價值而言,對於偏低創新低涉入的族群也要有相當程度的重視。 關鍵詞:創新傳佈、適應/創新認知型式、涉入度、無線手機上網

The Impacts of Cognitive Style and the Personal Involvement on Use: Analysis of the Evidence for Wireless Internet Services Users Student:Wen-fu TuAdvisor:Dr. Hsiao-hui Wang Institute of Informatics Yuan-Ze University ABSTRACT The progress of the digital technology, the popular of the Internet, the free competition of the telecommunication, all those phenomena made the market become more active. The companies must provide better services for customers, by which they can get benefit. Understanding their customers deeper is the most important for the tech marketing. This study employs “adoption—innovation” cognitive styles and “the personal involvement” to analyze the characteristics of the innovation-oriented customers. The objective of the study is to understand the behaviors of the users who use WAP services. Although there is no significant difference is found for adoption/innovation and high/low personal involvement respectively, the findings show that there are noticeable differences among clusters through cross analysis. The users who decided to continue to use WAP services tend to have middle-degree innovation and low-degree personal involvement. The result suggests that the marketing professionals must concern not only “high innovation/personal involvement” users but also “low innovation/personal involvement” ones.
