由於商業環境的快速變遷,以及企業全球運籌管理的需要,再加上前兩年因為Y2K的因素,使得許多企業放棄自行開發資訊系統的方式,改採用購買具有融合世界一流標竿企業管理流程與整合精神的企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning)系統,來提升企業競爭力。 ERP系統與其他資訊軟體最大的不同在於與企業的流程密不可分,ERP套裝軟體雖然宣稱具有相當的彈性與強大的功能,但卻難以滿足所有企業在流程與功能上的需求,因此多數的企業在導入ERP系統時仍必須面對到底要修改ERP系統來配合企業流程還是修改企業流程來配合ERP系統的課題,由於企業的流程與企業的經營管理模式、組織行為…等所有企業相關活動息息相關,因而企業在抉擇ERP系統與企業流程搭配問題時,經常因為組織活動中部門間或個人間的利害關係、企業文化…等因素而模糊了焦點,做出了不恰當的決策,進而導致ERP系統的導入失敗或成效不彰。 另一方面,像ERP這樣龐大複雜的整合平台,花費了龐大的人力、物力、金錢將其導入,並非上線就立即對企業的競爭力有所幫助,畢竟資訊系統只是工具而已,企業如何應用ERP系統,才是發揮ERP系統應有的功效與價值的關鍵。 另一方面,像ERP這樣龐大複雜的整合平台,花費了龐大的人力、物力、金錢將其導入,並非上線就立即對企業的競爭力有所幫助,畢竟資訊系統只是工具而已,企業如何應用ERP系統,才是發揮ERP系統應有的功效與價值的關鍵。本研究採用問卷方式進行調查,研究結果簡述如下: 1.採用盡量修改企業流程來配合ERP系統的流程調整型態,是風險最 小,成效佳的選擇。充分使用ERP資料庫的資料是提高ERP成效的重要因素,並非使用ERP系統的人越多,ERP的成效就越高,重點在使用ERP資料庫所提供資訊的人是否夠多。 2.充分使用ERP資料庫的資料是提高ERP成效的重要因素,並非使用ERP系統的人越多,ERP的成效就越高,重點在這些人是否能充分使用ERP資料庫所提供資訊,來提升企業競爭力。 關鍵字:企業資源規劃、ERP、流程、企業再造、ERP成效、成效評估
Due to the rapid change in commercial circumstance and need for global logistical management, also the Y2K problem many enterprise stop develop their own information system. Most of them start to use benchmarking Business Process Management and ERP system to improve the business competitive advantage. ERP is different from other IT system is because it combines the company’s Business Process with the system. Even the ERP is having a grate flexibility and great strength function but it is still hard to meet all the company’s Business Process and functional needs. Therefore most of the company adapting the ERP still need to fact a lot of system turning or changing of Business Process and company’s business model, organizational behavior and all other relative activities will effect the way company balancing between the ERP system and Business Process. Therefore will lost the focus on inter-department activities, social activities, company culture etc, it will make some unwise strategy and leads to implementing failure or unsuccessful result. On the other side, such a complex integrated platform as ERP need to spend a lot of human resources, material resources, and money to implement it. It will not improve the competition, it’s just a tool in aid of the company’s operation. How to use the system properly is the main key to show it’s worth. This research use the questionnaire to collect information, The result shows below: 1.Adjusting the Business Process to fit the ERP’s type of Business Process Adjustment has less risk and has the best result. 2.Fully use the ERP’s database’s data is the key to improve the ERP’s performance . It does not mean more people use it will improve the result, the main part is to use it resource wisely to improve the competitive advantage.
