摘要


模糊理論用於將人的主觀思考或判斷的過程模型化,並以Fuzzy Set來做定量性處理的方法,故Fuzzy理論的運用日廣,從地下鐵、電梯到洗衣機、照相機等家電運用,並大量運用於電腦和人的主觀性相結合之產品上。 本文中的房屋選購查詢系統即是將電腦運算與人主觀判斷相結合所產生的應用,使用模糊理論的原因主要在於傳統房仲業者所使用的房屋查詢系統,僅能列出與查詢條件相符的資料,無法自動將相近的資料,依據其與條件的接近程度做一適當的選擇呈現。此外,使用者的喜好與需求通常會以模糊的辭彙表達,然而一般的查詢系統卻無法處理具有模糊辭彙的查詢條件。 為了解除上述的缺點及限制,本文將模糊理論與加權的觀念應用在查詢系統,建置一轉置器(Translater)使其能將模糊的查詢條件與加權值,轉為一合理的明確範圍查詢。並將查詢結果根據其與條件的符合度加以排序,方便使用者能快速找到較符合需求的資料。 此外,本文還說明如何運用企業單位實際交易資料做轉換,透過定期更新資料的內容,讓模糊語句轉譯成清晰查詢時更能反映資料的現況。

Fuzzy theory is a method of handling the fixed-quantity, and it is applied to model the subjective thinking and the procedure of judgement for people, therefore, from subway, elevator to appliance such as the washer and camera, fuzzy theory is getting to be used wilder and wilder. And it is also widely applied on the combination of computer and humanity. The Property Survey System in this content is an application to which to combination of computer calculation and human’s subjective judgment is generated. The reason to use fuzzy theory is to improve the Housing Inquiry System from which the traditional real estate agency can only list the information which corresponds to the condition of inquiry, but can not automatically present the appropriate choice from the similar information. Otherwise, user’s preference and requirement are usually expressed by fuzzy vocabulary, however, general inquiry system is unable to handle the condition with the fuzzy vocabulary. To resolve the defect and limitation described above, fuzzy theory and perception of weights are applied on the inquiry system in this content. And establishing a translator for translating the fuzzy inquiry condition and weights into an rational and definite range of inquiry. Furthermore, arrange the inquiry results according to the conditional correspondence is convenient to find the correspondent information efficiently for the user. Additionally, this content also explains how to make the translation by applying the actual transaction information in business. Through the content of updating the information periodically to show the correct condition of information better while translating the fuzzy sentence to the clear inquiry.
