儲位規劃與揀貨作業之運作,對於整個倉儲系統成本有相當大的影響,而有效且正確地儲位規劃與揀貨作業是降低倉儲成本最佳之策略。本研究藉由儲位規劃與揀貨作業之整合性觀念,考慮三種儲存策略與二種揀貨作業之組合,探討小料件自動倉儲系統(Miniload AS/RS)之成本最小化。透過儲存策略、揀貨作業及倉儲規模大小三個影響倉儲成本較大之因子進行三因子實驗設計,同時分析最佳化之倉儲系統組合。實驗結果顯示,儲存策略、揀貨作業及倉儲規模大小對小料件自動倉儲系統之倉儲成本有顯著影響。同時在此實驗數據下儲存策略採隨機儲存,揀貨作業採批量別揀取在成本表現上將有較好之效益。
The storage planning and picking operation have potential influences on the cost of warehouse system, and the efficient and correct storage planning and picking operation are the best strategy for decreasing total warehouse cost. This study integrates the aspect of storage planning and picking operation, and considers the combination of three different storage strategies with two different picking operations to minimize the cost of a miniload automatic storage/retrieval system. The three-factor experimental design were employed with three major factors of cost in a warehouse system (i.e., storage strategy, picking operation, and storage size), also analyze the optimal combination of warehouse system. The results of experiment show that storage strategy, picking operation, and storage size have significantly influence on the cost of a miniload AS/RS. Base on the experimental data, the randomized storage and batch picking model performs best on the total warehouse cost.
