中國銀行業經營模式之探討

摘要

本論文在混業經營的概念及相關理論的基礎上，對國際金融業經營模式的演變過程及目前的發展趨勢進行了詳細的分析，同時結合實務，對中國金融業的發展進行介紹。
針對目前國際上普遍採用的美國金融控股公司模式和德國的全能銀行模式及台灣的金融控股模式，從形成背景和外部制度環境、組織結構、監管體制等方面進行比較，並且透過案例分析指出美國的金融控股公司模式是中國金融混業經營的現實選擇。在此基礎上，針對中國具體的發展現狀，從主體選擇、建構方式、建構途徑的選擇、內控機制的建立以及監管體制的建立等方面對中國金融控股公司的建構與發展提出了建議。

Based on the Mix-operation and related theories, we provide (i) detailed analysis on the history of operation patterns of international financial industry and coming trend; (ii) introduction on the development of China’s financial industry in the real world.
In view of the background, external scheme, institutional structure, and supervision system, we compare modes of operation among American’s Financial Holding Company, which is most adopted internationally, German’s Universal Bank, and Taiwan’s Financial Holding Company. By case studies, we suggest that the practical choice of China’s mix-operational financial industry would be the mode of American’s Financial Holding Company. Further, on the condition of China’s current situation of financial industry, we contribute our suggestions on the construction and progress of China’s Financial Holding Company, especially on the selection of main entity, ways of construction, choices of construction channel, the establishment of internal control mechanism and supervision system.
