影響台灣企業採用企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的效益落差之研究

摘要


效益落差是來自於預期效益與實績效益之間的差距。本研究的問卷調查發現導入企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的企業中認為效益落差程度在20%-60%的高達94%,而這也可能是其他企業遲遲未導入企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的原因。   儘管建置企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的投資在事前需求與供給雙方都經過審慎的評估;直到達成共識才會進行,但是,過程中的問題卻往往導致系統建置的風險,風險或許是在專案開始時所未預見、未清楚認知、不切實際的期望或是供給者的能力未如預期的情況下就埋下的問題,而這些問題將嚴重影響企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的成敗與否。因此,本研究參考過去文獻,發展出影響企業採用 企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的效益落差之影響因素模式。此模式運用「企業環境特性」、「企業特性」、「ERP認知特性」和「ERP供給者特性」 等四個構面探討影響效益落差的因素與影響程度。經由問卷調查和統計分析的結果顯示,「客戶期望」、「企業規模」、「集權化程度」、「電腦化程度」、「ERP系統特性」、「系統供應商的能力」和「顧問公司的能力」等都是造成企業採用企業資源規劃系統(ERP)的效益落差之影響因素。

Efficacy gap is the disparity between anticipated effectiveness and real effectiveness as a result of innovation adoption. This research survey found that 94% Taiwanese enterprises adopted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have the efficacy gap ranging from 20% to 60%. This could be the most important reason that why other enterprises do not intend to adopt ERP system. Before investment in ERP system, enterprises seriously assess the organization’s demands and the capability of available supplies. An enterprise would not adopt ERP system until the organization forms a favorable attitude toward the adoption. However, implementation of ERP system may result in efficacy gap due to unexpected factors. These factors stem from impractical expectation and incapable implementation of the system. Deriving from innovation adoption literature, a model is created to explore the factors that cause efficacy gap of ERP adoption. This model uses environment of enterprises, characteristic of enterprises, cognition of ERP attributes, and characteristics of ERP suppliers as the exploratory dimensions. With questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the results indicate that customer expectation, enterprise size, centralization, computerization, ERP attribute, and supplier capability all influence efficacy gap in the adoption process.
