This thesis is trying to find a reason for which impact the promotion of Army Signal-Service Colonel. It was based on the investigation of Taiwan Army Signal Branch Officers’ Career information pattern, compare with the “critical position” and “critical policy”, and then recursive the curve of the signal-service from analysis tools (i.e. SPSS, data mining). Finally, establish a reasonable, doable “predict-model” for future military human-resource management.
