摘要

本論文研製之摘要-台灣由於產業外移，使得創投的商機愈來愈少且競爭日益激烈，所以台灣的創投欲轉型做私募基金乃是大勢所趨，在歐美壽險業者資金大幅提高私募基金的投資比重，提高投資效益，台灣政府應加速解除管制、積極面對私募基金時代的到來。

A procedure is due to the trend of industry outflow of Taiwan, decreasing investment opportunities exists for venture capital nowadays. Therefore, it becomes inevitable for venture capital in Taiwan to be transformed into private equity for the seeable future. The cash allocation for life insurance companies in America and Europe is heavily raised in the investment for private equity in order to increase investment return. The Taiwan government authorities should accelerate the abolishment of all kinds of controls to bravely face the coming of the age of private equity. Private equity has been flourishing in Asia. According to the statistics of the Asian Private Equity Investment Association shows that 86 private equity funds with total amount of 17.6 billion dollars were raised in Asia in 2005 in contrast of 6.5 billion dollars in 2004. The annual growth rate was 2.6 times the highest for years.
