生質能源產業是未來新興科技發展重點之一,具有減少二氧化碳的污染排放量、提升我國全球競爭力,亦是具有能源安全、環保及經濟發展三贏的重要策略目標。近月來,由於受到國際糧荒、能源稅課徵與否及國內生質能源產業發展產生變數,更增添探討我國生質能源產業的發展策略之強烈動機。 本研究鎖定生質柴油與生質酒精二項產品,由國內外生質能源產業發展現況談起,介紹該產業、該產業對台灣的影響、國外該產業現況與預測以及台灣該產業現況談起;運用產業分析之工具,如波特的鑽石模型及五力模型、PEST、SWOT暨價值鏈分析以對我國生質能源產業進行分析,同時針對分析結果,對國內生質能源產業提出可行性發展策略與相關措施之建議。
Biomass energy industry will be one of development crucial points for the emerging technology with the reduction of CO2 pollution emission, the promotion of Taiwan’s global competitiveness force, and also the important strategic objectives of energy security, environmental protection, and economic development-win-win-win status. In the recent months, due to international food shortage, the levy of energy tax, and the change of domestic biomass energy industry development to enhance the strong motives to treat the development strategy of Taiwan biomass energy industry. The study locks on the products of bio-diesel and ethanol. To discuss domestic and foreign biomass energy industry current development status to introduce this industry and its effect in Taiwan, foreign current status of this industry and forecasting, and Taiwan’s current status of this industry., To adopt the industry analysis tools, as discussed in Literature Review,: Porter’s Diamond model and five-force model, PEST, SWOT and value chain analyses to explain and analyze Taiwan’s current status of biomass energy industry.
