中小企業經營策略之探討-以台灣石化設備製造產業與供應商經營策略之分析

摘要

中小企業在先天發展限制上，一直存在許多不足，各類資源的缺乏長期困擾著企業經營者，從財務的資金缺乏，優秀的專業人才的培養，甚至於國內外經濟環境的發展走向的評估，不斷的考驗著中小企業從業人員的智慧。近年來受到產業外移的影響，讓企業在經營上更加困難，也衝擊著企業生存的根基。也因為中小企業的特殊經營模式，在許多的條件限制下，無法完整提出成功的經營模式，抵擋多變的整體環境及國際化的衝擊。
本研究以中小企業為主的台灣石化業設備製造產業，進行產業經營探討。引用波特鑽石模型、五力分析，以及企業的內、外部分析，找出企業的競爭優勢。並且在普遍的中小企業中，如何保有成功經營策略優勢，讓企業維持強大的競爭力，和其他的競爭公司在產業中維持好的競爭優勢。
本研究希望透過探索式的探討，再以個案分析的方式進行研究，希望能發現在各時期所發生的狀況與解決對策，依照文獻理論的對照，以最適合的經營策略及理論，找出在企業經營所擁有的知識能力對企業所採取的經營策略與影響。
透過上述資料收集，進行分析歸納，並且針對石化設備製造產業進行產業研究和個案公司經營策略分析，獲得本研究之結論如下：
一、 低度資本密集度產業，以中小企業規模居多。
二、 產業成熟度高，在台灣有完整的產業供應鏈。
三、 產業景氣發展，配合石化產業成長，產業有其存在的必要性。
四、 產業間各廠商運用策略聯盟方式，互補有無，強化產業競爭力。

The purpose of this study is to research the competitive strategies of the small and medium sized enterprises especially in Taiwan’s petrochemical engineering equipment manufacture industry. The study is aimed to discover the scenarios and the solutions occurred at each different stage in this industry. By way of Michael Porter’s “ Diamond Model”, “Five Forces”, generic strategy model, and the SWOT analysis, we are to define the competitive strength of the industry, to know how to keep the successful managerial strategy among the small and medium sized enterprises, and how the company to maintain strong competition power and in good status to compete with other rival companies.
