The main purpose of this research is to explore the effect of leadership behavior against the satisfaction from work; the study is also to understand the effect of leadership behavior on organizational commitment from satisfaction of job. The study shall provide references to the human resource management and also give advises on sales and management strategies for wealth management banks. The results are as below: 1. The effect of leadership behavior on satisfaction of employee from work is obvious, especially the participative leadership style has a high impact. 2. The effect of leadership behavior on organizational commitment has a high impact too. 3. The satisfaction of employees from work has also effect on organizational commitment. 4. The satisfaction from work through participative leadership style also affects the organizational commitment positively.
