在目前學術界或實務界領域中,對於機場環境規劃或機場作業管理等相關課題,均偏重旅客服務面為主要之探討對象,對航空貨運服務面之領域研究及航空貨物集散棧業(Air Cargo Terminal Operator)之相關研究則相對稀少。航空貨物集散棧是空運貨物流通中扮演重要角色的其中一環,為提昇競爭力及滿足顧客更高之需求服務,將必須隨時思考其經營策略(Business Strategy),並探討該產業面對外部環境競爭與個案公司內部營運現況之影響與分析,並提出適合未來的經營策略建議。 本研究將以國內某航空貨物集散棧業為例,並引用波特鑽石模型(Michael Porter Diamond Model)、五力分析(Michael Porter's Five Forces Model),以及企業的內、外部分析,找出企業的競爭優勢(Competitive Advantage)。並且在航空貨物集散棧業中,保有成功經營策略優勢,讓企業維持強大的競爭力,和其他的競爭公司在共同市場產業中維持好的競爭優勢。
The purpose of this study is to research the competitive strategies of Air Cargo Terminal Operator industry in Taiwan. We aimed to discover the managerial strategies adapted by a case company in this industry. We started with the industry analysis, and then followed with a case study. By way of Michael Porter’s “ Diamond Model”, “Five Forces”, generic strategy model, and the SWOT analysis and comparison with three companies of similar size with the case company, we are to explore the managerial strategies of the case company, to know how the case company keep its competitiveness in the industry.
