企業領導人的領導風格對經營績效影響之探討-以建築業為例

摘要


企業領導人的「領導風格」是影響企業經營績效的重要因素與變數,不同的領導風格將影響企業的組織結構及企業文化的形成,建築業是個資本、勞力技術密集及成熟傳統內需型產業,產業體質上多數規模零散企業家族化,產品生產與使用週期長、具有不可移動性與當地性、異質性等的產業特性,加上受制於政策、經濟、法令、兩岸政治的不確定性因素,領導者如何在不同的環境下,發揮最適合的領導方式,以創造最佳的營運績效,而非隨著景氣的興盛衰敗或在日益激烈之競爭環境中而消失,更是值得領導者應深入思索的課題。 本研究個案係選擇以借殼上市頻臨危機倒閉而東山再起的A公司、第一代自行創業B集團創辦人及家族企業第二代C公司三個不同類型建築業企業領導人為本研究對象。本研究透過文獻探討,以探索性的個案研究方法分析,蒐集相關公司產業市場及其他可公開研究報告資料或其他內部資料輔助,綜合整理與分析個案,探討因不同的個人特質與領導風格,形成組織文化、決策模式、經營策略上的差異,進而影響其公司之經營績效與競爭力,本論文研究之目的,主要有以下幾點: 一.國內建築產業之分析與發展趨勢。 二.探討不同領導風格對企業經營績效的影響。 三.從企業規模與經營績效觀察不同世代領導者的特質與風格 四.以領導風格、組織結構、經營策略、組織文化四個構面,探討建 築業領導人創造最佳的營運績效方式。 五.個案公司領導者未來的挑戰與建議。

In today’s world, a business leader’s “style of leadership” plays a critical role in performance of management. Different leadership style will affect a corporation’s organizational structure and its organizational culture. The architecture industry relies heavily on capital, labor force, and the public’s traditional needs. Companies in this industry are commonly individual companies or large firms owned by family enterprises. Period of production in the architecture industry is quite long, but same can be said for its period of usage. Architectures are immovable and local, and it faces the challenge price depreciation and inflation. Not only that, a corporation leader has to take account of politics, economy, government policies, and political tension between the straight. How different leaders accommodate different environments, utilize the best of their leadership, and turn the tide against the plummeting economy and against ferocious oppositions is definitely worth some in-depth studies. This study is done on leaders three individual corporations: a back door listing company A which when faced with crisis of closure, company B which was started by a first generation entrepreneur, and company, a second generation family business. This research is based on provided documents, analyzed through the method of exploratory case study, and supported by a collection related industry publicized records and other reliable material provided by each company. The discussion focuses on the different qualities of the three leaders, different style of their leadership, and how the above would affect: 1.Domestic architecture industry and development. 2.Discuss how different leadership styles affect the performance of management 3.Observe the leaders’ specialties and styles from different generation in the perspective of enterprise scale and performance of management 4.Using leadership style, organizational structure, management strategy, and organizational culture, discuss how a leader of a architecture industry can make the best of their performance of business. 5.Give suggestions and predict the future challenges the example companies are going to face.
