TFT產業面臨人才短缺、產品生命週期短等問題,故如何快速培訓人材、知識的轉化及創新是企業目前所需面對的關鍵課題。本研究以C公司作為實務案例探討,提出一套以知識庫概念為基礎之ISSUE履歷系統,其主要目的為(1)建立以ISSUE履歷為基礎的品質知識化管理架構、(2)將ISSUE履歷系統化,提高人員使用率、(3)提昇ISSUE履歷的重要性及實用價值、(4)以個案研究方式驗證ISSUE履歷系統能滿足提昇品質管制績效之需求。藉由此系統達到知識傳遞分享、經驗傳承文字化、教育訓練教材及決策參考資料…等,來提升品質管制之績效。 經由問卷搜集、分析後,驗證此系統導入後確實對使用者ISSUE發生時提高同仁解決問題速度,把解決問題的經驗分享給其他同仁,介由系統提高傳承及教育訓練的效益,並降低客戶抱怨的處理時間及頻度及供應商之管理的幫助。成功建立以ISSUE履歷為基礎的品質知識化管理架構。
The TFT industry is facing problems concerning lack of talents, short life-cycle products, therefore, how to cultivate manpower quickly, transit knowledge, and innovation become the key issues for enterprises in TFT industry. This research targets the C Company as a practical study and presents an issue-resume system based on the concept of knowledge base. The main purposes are (1) to build up a qualitative managerial structure of knowledge based on the issue resume, (2) to systematize the issue resume, promoting the utility rate of employees, (3) to lift the importance and application value of issue resume, and through the case study measure, (4) to verify that issue resume system can meet the requirements of qualify control performance. By means of this system, it can promote the performance of quality control through transmission, sharing, conveying of knowledge, training course material, decision reference and so on. By data collection and analysis through questionnaires, it shows that establishing this system can prompt the speed of solution, share of trouble-shooting experience with co-workers, reduce the handling time of complaint, and assist the administration efficiency of suppliers, so as to successfully develop a qualitative managerial structure of knowledge based on the issue-resume.
