高亮度白光發光二極體應用於照明燈具之研究

摘要


本論文研究並實現了用於照明燈具的高亮度白光LED陣列的設計。由於LED發光亮度的強弱與壽命,取決於散熱模組的好壞與供應電流的電源的穩定性,因此在LED陣列設計中,討論了LED散熱機構的設計與電路電源供應器等問題。經由光學模擬軟體與熱流模擬軟體,以及選用電源供應器的量測實驗,研究了溫度與散熱鰭片模組對LED的影響。所製作之燈具已達到照明目標的要求。藉由製作的燈具與其他傳統光源燈具之光學特性量測結果比較,結果為高壓鈉燈發光效率最高,LED燈具次高,水銀燈具最低;耗能方面以水銀燈具最為耗電,LED燈具最為省電。

The design of white LED array for illumination is proposed and prototyped. The brightness and life-span of LED are dominated by the thermal design and stability of power, and thus the structure of heat dissipation and the power supply circuit were discussed firstly. By using the optical and thermal simulation softwares, the influences of temperature and heat dissipation module on LEDs were discussed. Not only the requirement of illumination was achieved, but also the performance comparison with other traditional light sources was accomplished. The luminescence efficiency of high pressure sodium lamp was the highest, the LED lamp takes second place, and mercury lamp was the lowest. However, the energy consumption of mercury lamp is highest and LED lamp is the lowest.
