本論文研製之研究以核心資源觀點為基礎,個案研究為法,分析目前台灣遊戲公司在進行策略聯盟時,評選聯盟夥伴的影響因素。在確定研究方向與分析相關文獻後,本研究歸納出訪談大綱,並於2000年一月至2006年十二月間,台灣遊戲公司曾經進行過策略聯盟的案例中,選出四家具代表性的業者進行個案研究,予以分析並提出研究結論與建議。本研究發現,台灣遊戲公司依產業價值鏈的角色不同,有不同的核心資源,而共同擁有的核心資源有:經營者的領導與動態能力、產業垂直整合能力、穩定的網路遊戲營運能力、深厚的中華文化背景、便宜且高創意的人才及挑剔且狂熱的消費者。依據聯盟成員核心資源雙向關係的不同,本研究整理出核心資源互補和核心資源類似的系列考量。
This study which based on the core resource view and adopted a case study approach for research method finds out the influential factors for Taiwan’s Game Companies to choose up the strategic alliance partners. After set up research direction and review the relevant literature, the researcher comes up with the outline of interviews, and makes conclusions and suggestions after conducting case study. As for the interviewers, this study chooses up the four delegated Taiwan’s Game Companies which conducted the strategy searching for strategic alliance partners from January 2000 to December 2006. The results show that these companies hold different core resources depending on their role on industrial value chain. The core resources in mutual are: Chinese culture background, industrial vertical integration ability, steady operation capability for online game, cheaper and more inventive human capital, and picky but zealous consumers. According to the difference of bidirectional relationship on alliance’s members’ core resources, this study concludes the influential factors which for complementary core resources and resemble core resources.
