桃園縣國民小學學校效能與教師工作滿意度關係之研究 學生:鄒惠生 指導教授:李弘暉博士 元 智 大 學 管 理 研 究 所 摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民小學學校效能與教師工作滿意度的關係,其主要目的在瞭解國民小學學校效能以及教師工作滿意度的現況。其次,比較不同背景變項的國小教師對學校效能和教師工作滿意度知覺感受之差異情形,以探求學校效能與教師工作滿意度的關係,最後進一步探討學校效能對教師工作滿意度之預測情形。 本研究以桃園縣為主要研究範圍,選取21所國民小學及242名國小教師為研究對象進行問卷調查。根據相關文獻發展「學校效能量表」與「教師工作滿意度量表」為本研究的研究工具。本問卷共發出242份,回收233份,回收率96.28%。經由資料的處理與分析,將本研究結論歸納如下: 壹、桃園縣國民小學學校效能知覺感受大致良好,屬中上程度,以「教學品質與學習表現」的知覺感受程度最高。 貳、桃園縣國民小學教師工作滿意度知覺感受大致良好,屬中上程度,以「人際關係」的知覺感受程度最高。 叁、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、學校歷史之桃園縣國民小學教師在學校效能量表的知覺感受有顯著差異,以女性、41-50歲、服務16-20年、學校成立11-20年之教師知覺感受較高,但不同職務、學歷、學校地區、學校規模之教師知覺感受無顯著差異。 肆、不同學校地區、學校歷史之桃園縣國民小學教師在教師工作滿意度量表的知覺感受有顯著差異,以鄉鎮地區學校、學校成立11-20年之教師知覺感受較高,但不同性別、年齡、服務年資、職務、學歷、學校規模之教師知覺感受無顯著差異。 伍、桃園縣國民小學學校效能與教師工作滿意度有顯著正相關。 陸、桃園縣國民小學學校效能與教師工作滿意度有顯著的預測力。 本研究最後根據研究發現提出數項建議,供教育行政機關、國民小學與教師未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:國民小學、學校效能、教師工作滿意度
The Research On Relationship Between School Efficiency Of Elementary School And Teachers’Job Satisfaction In Tao-Yuan County Student: Tsou Hui-Sheng Advisor:Dr.Li, Hung-Hui Graduate School Of Management Yuan-Ze University Abstract The main purpose of this research was to discuss the relationships between school efficiency in elementary schools and teachers’ job satisfactions. Three dimensions were addressed. First, this research was to investigate the executions of the elementary schools about school efficiency and teachers’job satisfactions. Secondly, this research was to compare the differences in distinct background variations about the school efficiency and teachers’job satisfactions of elementary school teachers. In addition, this research explored the predictions between school efficiency and teachers’job satisfactions based upon the research findings. The surveys are conducted to objectives of 242 elementary school teachers from 21 schools of Tao-Yuan county which is the primary research area in this research. “Questionnaire of school efficiency” and “Questionnaire of teachers’job Satisfactions” from related studies are two essential tools used in this research. The numbers of surveys are distributed 242 and returned 233. The return rate is 96.28%. After processing and analyzing these data, the results of this research are induces and presented below. 1. The perception of school efficiency in Tao-Yuan Elementary Schools is good and the degree is intermediate-level. The highest perceptive degree is “Teaching quality and student learning performance”. 2. In general, the perception of teachers’job satisfactions in Tao-Yuan Elementary Schools is good and the degree is above medium. The highest perceptive degree is “Interpersonal relationships”. 3. The perceptions of “Questionnaire of school efficiency” of Tao-Yuan Elementary School teachers are apparently diverse due to different “genders, ages, working years and school history”. It can be seen that the teachers who “are female, are at the age of 41-50, work for 16-20 years and work in schools which have been founded between 11-20 years” have higher perception. However, there is no noticeable difference when variations are directed to“job title, educational background, school areas and school scale”. 4. There is an obviously diversity for the perceptions of teachers’job satisfactions in “different school areas and school history” in Tao-Yuan Elementary School teachers. It seems that teachers working in Regional schools of villages and towns and in schools founded between 11-20 years have higher perception, but there is no noticeable difference when variations are addressed to “genders, ages, working years, job title, educational background and school scale”. 5. A positive correlation between school efficiency and teachers’job satisfactions is found in Tao-Yuan Elementary Schools. 6. There is a positive prediction between school efficiency and teachers’job satisfactions in Tao-Yuan Elementary Schools. Several suggestions are carried in this study based upon research results and this research sets out to contribute to educational administrations, elementary schools and teachers in the future.
