白黎蘆醇具有抗癌、抗病毒及抗菌的性質,同時也有神經保護、抗老化、抗發炎及延長壽命的功效。當植物受到壓力或感染時就會產生白黎蘆醇化合物,在葡萄的皮中或其它植物都能發現它的蹤跡,例如花生或草莓類的植物。 本論文,是用連潁科技股份有限公司發展的Patent Guider 2.0 及美國專利資料庫,進行白黎蘆醇的專利分析研究,論文中,我們會分析擁有白黎蘆醇專利的國家、公司及發明人,並比較分析它們的發展方向。專利分析中,將包括技術生命週期的研究、引證率的分析及國際專利分類IPC的分析,我們的結果發現,目前專利擁有者,主要的方向是在A61K-031:含有機有效成分之醫藥配製品。 白黎蘆醇專利分析的結果,建議台灣應投入這個有潛力的化學分子的發展計畫中,並期待能避開現有專利者的陷阱,以創意來發展推動白黎蘆醇的市場。
Resveratrol has been shown to prevent and shrink cancer, and has strong antiviral anti-fungal properties. It have also shown neuro-protective, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and life-prolonging effects. Resveratrol, produced when plants are under stress, are found in the skin of grapes and in other plants, including peanuts and some berries. The patent analysis studies of the Resveratrol have been done in this thesis. We analyzed Resveratrol relevant patents by Patent Guider 2.0 and American patent database USPTO. Also, several major Resveratrol patents-own were chosen for comparing their development trend. The patent analysis included technology life cycle analysis, patent citation and the patent of the generic technology. The most of the Resveratrol patents are the invention of medicinal preparations containing organic active ingredients. The results of patent analysis are suggested to study the smart molecule of resveratrol in Taiwan. And hopefully there are innovated idea to develop and promote the market of Resveratrol.
