伺服器物料架構管理中PDM之專案知識整合

摘要


過去國內產業主要以製造業為主,進行代工製造等業務,進而演進到部分設計與產品開發,也漸漸提升產業之水準;雖然在伺服器組裝產業的作業流程方面有自動化之推展,且具有相當之成效,但在製造與研究開發流程之間並未有效整合,造成企業的整體運作流程不順暢,資源無法發揮最大的效益,而使得企業經營生產成本、經營績效亦或是客戶快速回應都未能如預期之效果。 因此本研究將針對伺服器組裝產業中扮演樞紐角色的工程物料清單(Engineering Bill of Material, EBOM),作為專案整合管理知識之研究核心,首先使用ICAM所提出的定義流程過程描述工具(ICAM Definition Description Capture, IDEF3)以及功能模式化工具(ICAM Definition Function Modeling, IDEF0),並依循「專案管理知識體系指南」(The Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK) 所定義之專案管理知識作背景依據,接著活用個案公司產品資料管理(Product Data Management, PDM)系統中的產品架構應用模組功能概念,這樣將結合理論流程架構與實務系統流程,從實務應用PDM系統模組功能建構工程BOM表的流程架構角度,回歸到應用專案管理的流程與知識理論,建立起一套完整的工程BOM表架構管理流程,讓不同觀點的BOM表架構得以有順序、有條理地轉換與執行,並且將此架構流程資源整合建置於PDM系統流程為最終目標。 期許藉由本研究所提出整合PDM之專案知識於伺服器物料架構管理流程的模型與實務經驗,並予以比較組織導入專案管理知識前、後所創造之助益,協助專案經理人得以參照此流程架構模型,在專案經營時得以快速複製生產和知識庫經驗學習為研究目標。

In the past, the major domestic industries focused on manufacture and run OEM business, and then involved in the design and product development. This has gradually raised the level of industry; Although the operating processes of server assembly industry has implemented automation and has considerable effectiveness, the manufacturing and development of research processes has not effectively integrated. Because the overall operation of enterprises can not run smoothly, especially the resources has failed to maximize the effectiveness, the production costs of that business, business performance, and customer reply have not been quick to respond as expected. Therefore this study will focus on engineering bill of materials which play a pivotal role in the server assembly industry as the ad hoc core of integrated knowledge management research. Firstly, we use description capture, IDEF3, and function modeling, IDEF0, which are defined by ICAM. And according to the knowledge of project management based on project management body of knowledge, PMBOK, and then making good use of the concept of functional modules of the product data management of this case to combine theoretical and practical framework for the system process flow. From building engineering BOM by practical application of PDM system module to application of project management processes and theories of knowledge, it establish a complete set of engineering BOM project management processes structure, so that the BOM structure could implement orderly from different views and then build this structure in the PDM system for the ultimate goal of the process. This study proposed model and practical experience of integration knowledge management of PDM on BOM in the server industry and compared the benefit between before and after introducing knowledge management into project to help project managers to refer to this process structure model. The objectives of this study are to rapidly replicate the production experience and knowledge base of learning when running project.
