垂直整合策略事前評估與事後績效探討 – 以LED A 公司為例

摘 要
台灣電子產業發展迅速，如:發光二極體(LED)、 半導體代工、 液晶面板(LCD)電腦及週邊零組件…等，在全世界的供應鏈中扮演極為重要的角色，許多業者在某些領域成就非凡，舉如 筆記型電腦 (NB) 在全世界的供應比例已達 80%以上，半導體晶圓代工在全世界此領域的比例也高達 70%，這些數字的背後代表的是廠商技術及量產的能力，這是台灣發展電子產業多年累計下來的深厚實力.
此篇研究的內容主要為發光二極體(LED)，在全世界能源需求日漸加大，而能源的開發緩不濟急，全世界面臨的是如何更有效率的使用能源，發光二極體(LED)在使用上能源耗弱低，產品應用面廣，環保不污染的優點將是此產業被期待的地方，由於生產技術的突破，在最近幾年的成長快速，應用擴及電子產品的背光源， 電視影像發光源，甚至於是家家戶戶會使用的照明，故也被稱為下一世代照明的革命.
此篇研究的個案公司為台灣一家LED封裝公司， LED產業採高度專業分工的模式，在蒐集的文獻及業界訊息整理得到，大多數公司都只做聚焦的選擇，磊晶就做磊晶，封裝就做封裝，在台灣此產業曾經發生過同業水平整合，擴大市佔或基於產品組合的需求進行結盟的選擇，研究整理得知是因為與產業生產型態良率及庫存管理有密切關聯，故形成分工的產業模式，此公司於 2004 進行垂直整合的佈局，實為創舉，而策略的背景因素為何，策略選擇的動機是此篇研究的重點，此研究希望提供一個對於技術創新的選擇之下，關鍵成功因素的因子.

ABSTRACT
The electron industrial development is rapid in Taiwan . An example : Light Emitting Diode (LED)、Semiconductor generation of labor、Liquid-crystal display(LCD)、Computer and Peripheral spare part ..and so on . Acts the great importance in the world supply chain the role . Many entrepreneurs are extraordinary in certain domain achievement . an example : Notebookr (NB) in the world supply proportion has reached above 80% . A semiconductor wafer generation of labor also reaches as high as 70% in the world this domain's proportion.
What these digit's behind represents is the manufacturer technology and the quantity produces ability . This is the deep strength which Taiwan development electron industry many year accumulations get down.
This research topic is LED . The world enlarges day after day to the energy need, but energy development help coming too late . what world faced with is how the more effective use energy.LED is low energy in the use .The product application is broad.The environmental protection does not pollute the merit will be this industry the place which anticipated , As a result of the production technology's breakthrough is fast in the recent several years growth . The application expands and the electronic products backlight source, television illumination source, even each and every family will therefore use illumination. therefore is also called the next generation illumination the revolution.
This research's case company for a Taiwan LED seal company. The LED industry is highly specialized labor division the pattern.Almost company focus in their present product. Some business horizontal integration in Taiwan. Base on the expanded or the choice which carries on based on product mix's demand forms an alliance , research imformation production yield and the stock management has the close connection with the industrial production state, therefore forms the division of labor the industrial pattern .
This company in 2004 carries on the vertical integration. What is the strategy background factor ? What is the strategy choice's motive ? This is the research content keypoint. This research hope provides one regarding under the technological innovation choice, key success factor.
