臺北市立完全中學教師工作滿意度與學校效能關係之研究 摘要 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市立完全中學教師工作滿意度與學校效能間的相關與預測情形。以臺北市11所完全中學之教育人員為研究對象。並根據相關文獻發展「教師工作滿意度量表」與「學校效能量表」,作為本研究之工具。本研究共發出問卷220份,回收163份,回收率74.1%。經由資料處理與分析後,本研究的主要研究發現如下: 一、臺北市立完全中學教師工作滿意度知覺感受大致良好,屬中上程度,以「教學工作」的知覺感受程度最高。 二、臺北市立完全中學學校效能知覺感受大致良好,屬中上程度,以「行政運作健全」的知覺感受程度最高。 三、不同學歷、教學年資、年齡、擔任職務、教師會會員及學校創校歷史之臺北市立完全中學教師在教師工作滿意度量表的知覺感受有顯著差異,以一般大學學歷、教學年資5年以下、年齡30 歲以下、擔任教師兼主任、非教師會會員及學校創校歷史在31-40年之教師知覺感受較高,但不同性別、教評會委員之教師知覺感受無顯著差異。 四、不同教學年資、年齡、擔任職務、教師會會員及學校創校歷史之臺北市立完全中學教師在學校效能量表的知覺感受有顯著差異,以教學年資5年以下、50歲以上、教師兼主任、非教師會會員及學校創校歷史在31-40年之教師知覺感受較高,但不同性別、學歷及教評會委員之教師知覺感受無顯著差異。 五、臺北市立完全中學教師工作滿意度與學校效能有顯著正相關。 六、臺北市立完全中學教師工作滿意度與學校效能有顯著的預測力。
Research of the municipal teacher's job satisfaction of complete high school in Taipei and school effectiveness relation Abstract This research aims to study the relationship between the job satisfaction and school effectiveness among teachers in Taipei municipal complete high schools (TMCHS) .This research is conducted through questionnaire investigation which includes 220 education personnel from 11 municipal complete high schools in Taipei. 165 samples were collected out; the response rate is 74.1%.“Questionnaire of school efficiency" and “Questionnaire of teachers'job Satisfactions" from related studies are two essential tools used in this research. The major findings of this research are: 1.Regarding job satisfaction, teachers in TMCHS has good consciousness feeling in general; the degree on “teaching” is the highest. 2.School effectiveness in TMCHS is in high-intermediate level; the degree on “good official operation” is highest. 3.Regarding job satisfaction, there are significant differences among academic background, years of in-service, position, age, and members from the teachers association. Factors such as gender; and members from “Committee of Teacher Selection & Evaluation” show no significant differences. 4.Regarding school effectiveness, there are significant differences among years of in-service, age, position, and members from the teachers association. Factors such as gender, academic background and members from “Committee of Teacher Selection & Evaluation” show no significant differences. 5.Job satisfaction in TMCHS has significantly positive related to school effectiveness. 6.Job satisfaction in TMCHS has significant power of prediction toward school effectiveness.
