軍訓教官長期在校園擔任軍訓教學、生活輔導服務與校園安全維護等工作,現階段軍訓工作需面對來自於社會與學校更高期望與挑戰,在現今多變的教育改革體制下,如何加強人的管理,將是提昇自身競爭力最有效之作為。因此,本研究的目的係針對桃園縣公私立高中職校軍訓教官為對象,以問卷調查之方式,探究其主管領導行為之知覺程度與人格特質之傾向為何,以及對工作投入與工作士氣的影響。 本研究共發出143 份問卷,回收129 份,剔除無效問卷11 份,有效問卷共118 份。 本研究之假設分為二類:一是人口統計變數與本研究各變項間有顯著差異,二是各變項間具有相關性。使用之統計方法有因素分析、信度分析、描述統計分析、T檢定與單因子變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。 本研究之主要發現如下: 一、軍訓教官的個人變項對部分研究變項上有顯著差異存在。 二、軍訓教官在主管領導行為、人格特質、工作投入、工作士氣各研究變項間有顯著相關。 三、軍訓教官的主管領導行為、人格特質、工作士氣對工作投入有部份顯著影響。
For the long years, the military instructors have been undertaken the following school jobs such as teaching military course, guidance and maintaining school security.Nowadays, the military training affairs have to meet the greater expectations and challenges raised from both school and society. Even though the amount of military instructor is not a big group, however, well arranged human resources maintain campus safe & society stability truly. How to enhance human resource management will be the most effective action to promote competition under the various reforming education system. The purpose of the current study is to investigate military instructors’ attitudes toward leader’s behavior, tendency of personality traits & effect on work involvement by work morale. Participants are the military instructors in senior high school & vocational high school in Taoyuan. The sample size of the survey is 143 individuals with 129 responses while 11 of them are not eligible. There are relations among variables, and consequence resulted from variables. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test & one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis and regression analysis were used in this research. Here are three major finding of the research: 1. Individual characteristic is significantly related to leader’s behavior, personality trait, job involvement and job morale. 2. Leader’s behavior, personality trait,job involvement and job morale are closely related to each other. 3. Leader’s behavior,personality traits, job morale affect job involvement.
