使用JADE實作分散式智慧行動多重代理人為基之自主醫療看護資訊平台

摘要


電子醫療看護是具有高分散性、高勞力密集、高行動性、高時效性,也是一種需同時使用多種儀器的作業環境。在未來電子醫療看護這領域中,持續且普遍的監測可能改善許多人的生活的品質(例如:遭受心律不整所苦的病患或懷孕婦女之胎心監測)。醫療看護平台的環境是採用典型的開放式設定,因此是非常需要決策的分享與分散,而在各種設備及推理引擎之間的溝通是很複雜及使用之資訊形式不盡相同。若能將目前行動運算的新興發展技術與已普及化的代理人技術,例如智慧型代理人及行動代理人互相結合,對未來的醫療看護系統將產生徹底的影響。 在本研究中,我們針對使用代理人技術實作一個高度資訊分散式的架構-分散式智慧行動多重代理人為基之自主醫療看護資訊平台。此平台能自動通知照顧者不正常的生理訊號、提供遠距離醫療建議和完成對於需要照顧的病患提供持續性的醫療看護。對於能在不同機器上溝通、可擴充性、開放式等議題在異質電子醫療看護環中,本研究選擇遵循著FIPA 2000的標準JADE來完成我們所建議的以智慧行動多重代理人為基之自主醫療看護資訊平台。

E-health care is characterized by a high degree of distributed, labor-intensive works, mobility, time-critical, and access from various types of devices. Continuous pervasive monitoring in e-health care has the potential to improve the quality of life of many persons (for example those who suffer from heart arrhythmias or pregnant women fetal monitoring). The environment of health monitoring is typically a vast open setting that requires shared and distributed decision making and the communication of complex and diverse forms of information between a variety of devices and reasoning engines. Current and emerging developments in mobile computing integrated with developments in pervasive agent technologies such as intelligent agents and mobile agents will have a radical impact on future health-care delivery systems. In this research we aim to implement a highly distributed information infrastructure – MADIP by using Intelligent Agent paradigm, which is able to notify the responsible care-provider of abnormality automatically, offer distance medical advice, and perform continuous health monitoring for those who need it. To confront the issues of interoperability, scalability, and openness in heterogeneous e-health environments, a FIPA2000 standard compliant agent development platform - JADE (Java Agent Development Environment) was adopted for the implementation of the proposed intelligent multi-agent based MADIP system.
