在過去有關訊息可信度以及情緒相關研究中,僅有探討情緒在資訊處理過程中所扮演的角色,但還未有研究同時探討情緒與網路訊息來源可信度之研究。且在網際網路發達的時代,網路訊息已經是我們必須要面對的資訊,其中真假難以分辨,更何況是我們每天要面臨引導我們情緒的狀況之下,去閱讀這些真假難辨的網路訊息;因此本研究從實驗法的角度進行剖析,將受試者分為正向情緒組、負向情緒組以及控制組三種組別,探討受試者在外力因素之情緒導引下,是否對閱讀網路訊息之相信程度會造成影響;並且進行實驗組與控制組比較;研究結果發現,在情緒導引下的受試者,對於網路訊息之相信程度比控制組之受試者程度來的強烈,這也與過去文獻所探討之情緒一致性判斷相吻合。因此本研究在此方面發現了讓後續研究者進一步探討之動機,也在這網際網路發達的時代,提供不一樣角度之探討。
As past studies did not discuss the relation of emotion and internet information, just only examine mood and source credibility. With quickly development of internet, the information is difficult to discriminate true from false. Besides we have to confront our emotion aroused by factors of others reading information on internet. The study use method of experiment with three groups: positive mood group, negative mood group and control group to arouse their mood and see if mood can affect the degree of believe after reading information on internet; and compare the group of experiment ( positive and negative group) and control, the result of study find that subjects in experiment group their degree of believe stronger than subjects in control group, the result same as past studies of mood congruence. The study find that toward discuss sequel to research, and offer the different aspect to examine.
