摘要

近來在材料成本壓力影響以及受到面板降價的壓力下，雖然我國液晶電視、液晶面板在近年來總出貨量上已有非常好的市佔率。然而亮麗成績背後，產品利潤卻少於日本甚至韓國。究其核心問題，在於「專利」上的佈局是我國廠商之弱點。在面板價格持續下降的壓力下，面板業者為提高利潤、已積極建構垂直整合的供應鏈體，不僅可降低成本、也可以避免現有供應商獨占。因為全球TFT-LCD面板的生產線集中在台灣、韓國、日本、三個國家，本研究將研究平面顯示器材料-補償膜針對台灣、韓國、日本三國進行『 TFT-LCD補償膜專利技術』分析。

Under the influence of the pressures of material cost and panel on a price reduction recently, though the manufacturer of our country that a rate of market occupation and a business volume listing to occupy leading and occupy first place in the world in the liquid crystal TV, liquid crystal panel products. But behind the beautiful achievement, the products profit is less than Japan even South Korea. Study carefully its key question; lie in the overall arrangement on the ' patent ' is a weakness of the manufacturer of our country.
Research this go on to Taiwan, South Korea, Japan it is analyzed that " TFT-LCD will be compensated the film patented technology ".
It is as the target to mainly search ' U.S.A.'s patent ' with Delphion patent database about relevant patents of " compensation film of Flat Panel Display(FPD) ", regard ' Retard * ', ' Compens * ', ' Viewing Angle ', ' Liquid Cryst * ' as the key word, and then cooperate with U.S.A. from the patent classification number standard UPC that is booked: 428, 427, 349 is searched for the key word.
But find while compensating the technical field of film in TFT-LCD Japan leaves alone in the patent piece, the manpower of the grasping of key material and spare part, input is all far more than South Korea and Taiwan, so Taiwan must strengthen the development of the own patent, increase technology and knowledge field, could guarantee the occupation rate on TFT-LCD panel market in the world.
