本文主要之研究目的為探討不同銀髮族特性對遠距居家照護服務系統購買意願之關係,其中加入遠距居家照護服務系統產品品質屬性之變數及環境變數,了解各構面對其購買意願之影響。同時探討醫療專業人員認為遠距居家照護服務系統對銀髮族需求程度及產品品質屬性之意見,透過本研究之分析,期望能協助企業瞭解目標市場需求與使用者的購買意願影響因素,使業者在產品開發與創新設計有更明確方向,以加速新產品的開發與上市。 本研究以遠距居家照護服務系統之生理訊號監測為實證標的,採取便利抽樣,針對65 歲以上的銀髮族及其家屬進行問卷調查,另也對專業之醫療人員問卷調查,以分析探討其看法和意見。從研究結果發現,銀髮族(及其家屬)對遠距居家照護服務系統產品需求主要動機為「藉由生命徵象監測來幫助與醫療人員溝通」,其次為「提高居家安全照顧及讓家人安心」;而醫療人員認為最主要需求項目為「能夠及時獲得醫療協助」與「對疾病有效監控」。在產品屬性方面,對回應性、產品績效、耐用性與服務性對購買意願具有正向顯著關係。就環境變數而言,社會支持、參考群體與購買意願均具有正向顯著影響關係。 本研究發現性別對於產品知識及知覺風險具顯著差異,以男性對產品知識較高,而女性對於知覺風險有較高的現象。在需求程度方面顯示,56-65歲為需求程度最高,但65歲以上卻是各年齡層中需求動機、產品知識、知覺風險最低的;疾病史的有無對於購買意願並沒有顯著差異。
The main purpose of this study is to probe the influencing factors of the elderly in purchasing intention from Tele Homecare systems, among which includes the needs of the elderly population, as well as the variables and environmental variables of product quality attributes of care services system away from home, and to understand the influence of the various dimensions faced in the desire to purchase care services system away from home. At the same time, the opinions of healthcare professionals are probed pertaining to the extent of demand and product quality attributes by the elderly population for care services system away from home. Through this study analysis, it is hoped that assistance can be provided to enterprises in understanding the needs and factors influencing the purchase desire of the target market, hence providing even clearer directions in product development and innovative designs, as well as to accelerate development of the industry. This study uses the physiological signal monitors of care services system away from home as evidential standards, adopting handy samples of which distribution of questionnaires were directed at the elderly population above 65 years of age and their family members, the distribution of questionnaire method was also adopted on health care professionals to analyze and probe their viewpoints and opinions. The study results discovered the main reason of the elderly population (and their family members) in needing care services system away from home is to have vital signs monitoring to aid communications with healthcare professionals, and secondarily to enhance secured care of the home and allow family members to have peace of mind; while the main reason of healthcare professionals in having such a need is to be able to obtain timely medical assistance and efficiently monitor illnesses. On the aspect of product attributes, responsibility, product efficiency, durability and service nature possess significant correlation with purchase desire. As for environmental variables, support of society and reference communities have significant influence on the purchase desire; recommendations and purchase desire of medical teams possess significant divergence, while most medical professionals indicated “Willing” for care services system away from home recommended to be good, followed by “Extremely Willing”. This study also discovered significant divergence of product knowledge and perceived risks between the two sexes, with the phenomenon of males having more product knowledge while females knew more about perceived risks. On the aspect of extent of demand, those ranged between 56-65 years of age have the highest needs, while those above 65 years of age have the lowest demand motive, product knowledge and perceived risks among the various age dimensions. There is no significant divergence of purchase desire between those with illness history and those without.
