九年一貫教育政策改革之下,大幅提倡教學自主與學習內容生活化,而運用資訊科技於教學的方式亦成為教師必備的專業技能。面對網路資訊負荷過載的世界中,如何規劃出符合教師需求與組織承載的網站,將是本研究將探討的重點。本研究將從以使用者為中心設計取向為出發,整合相關文獻與深度訪談,提出教學資源網站的規劃、設計與發展原則,並進一步開發地方產業文化鄉土教學資源網站,最後提建立以使用者為中心的教學資源網站開發模式。 研究結果顯示,教學資源網站的開發多半由教師組成團隊,然而受非設計專業領域的限制,無法全程參與網站開發,使得設計與需求端之間產生斷裂。因此教學資源網站的規劃與設計必須著重在引導使用者抽象需求的具體化。發現透過教育工作者與數位媒體設計者必須緊密的合作,溝通並理解對方的語言與文化,才能落實網站在教學實務上的可用性。
In the nine-year joint curriculum innovation, teachers are expected to fully hold the rights to design their own materials and teach their courses which could be linked to students’ daily life. Facing with the information overload on Internet, how to plan a teaching websit cohere with teachers’ needs and organization capability thus becomes the purpose of this study. Upon the basis of a user-centred design approach, this study is aimed at constructing a set of principles of planning, designing, and developing an instructional resources website. This study also develops a local culture instructional resources website, and builds a user-centred instructional website development model. The result indicates that the existed mode of instructional resources website development which is heavily realied on teachers themselves, but they could not successfully accomplish the process because of the limits of their professional practice and work load. How to crystallize user’s needs, and align edauational workers with digital media designers who know each party’s professional langurage and working culture, becomes a critical issue to be faced with.
