本文係藉由擬動態試驗(pseudo-dynamic tests),一探官氏機構複合柱在強度及抗震效能上,相對於傳統同尺寸混凝土柱,能提高多少為研究目標。經實體足尺寸的實驗後,證實官氏機構複合柱相對同尺寸傳統R.C.柱,其勁度大為提升,對彎矩、剪力之應力有著加乘貢獻。但其外部為連續凹凸槽狀之鋼板,對柱體外圍形成可拉伸擴張之結構,所以塑鉸區的圍束作用僅稍微增加,對營建結構桿件的減震須求略嫌薄弱。若官氏機構複合柱欲再往減震能力提升方向發展,應該由增加柱體韌性容量發展,並須再加強柱頭兩端塑鉸區的圍束能力,如此在實務應用上更可為大眾接受。
